Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
– Hebrews 10:23-25
We gather together on Sunday mornings to worship Jesus – the Savior for all who trust in him. We spend time praying together, singing songs, reading Scripture, hear a sermon from the Bible, and respond by taking communion together.
We gather together as a church to worship every Sunday morning at 10:30am at the historic First Christian Church building in downtown Jeffersonville. The address is 332 E Chestnut Street.
Parking is available in the lot to the west of the building and in certain locations on the street level. When you arrive, please enter through the Chestnut Street entrance of the building and you will be greeted by someone who can direct you from there. We have coffee, a resource table of highlighted and recommended books (also here), and information to answer any initial questions you may have.
